This new Echelon Diamond Style Power Burner is designed for use with the new Diamond Series Grills. It has brass burners with a Porcelain Cast Iron Grid. With a total of 60,000 BTU's, you can cook just about anything in a pot! With two different ring burners, you can cook slowly to simmer a side dish or crank it up for a crawfish or lobster boil! Also works great with woks. With a push button ignition system, operating this gourmet cooking machine is easy! This is an extremely high BTU burner and is designed for a non-combustible cabinet.
